Competent Authorities. The Parties shall inform each other about the structure, organisation and division of competences of their competent authorities during the first meeting of the Sanitary and Phytosanitary Sub-Committee referred to in Article 65 of this Agreement ("SPS Sub-Committee"). The Parties shall inform each other of any change of the structure, organisation and division of competences, including of the contact points, concerning such competent authorities.
Competent Authorities. 1. The competent authorities for the administration of this Chapter are: (a) for Korea, the Ministry of Strategy and Finance, or its successor; and (b) for Peru, the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism, or its successor. 2. Each competent authority shall designate one or more contact points for purposes of this Chapter and provide contact details of such contact points to the competent authority of the other Party. Competent authorities of the Parties shall promptly notify each other of any changes to the contact details of their contact points.
Competent Authorities. 1. The Parties agree, upon the provisional application of this Agreement, to designate Competent Authorities for the implementation of the measures referred to in this Chapter. The Parties shall inform each other in a timely manner of any significant changes in the structure, nature and organisation and division of competency of their Competent Authorities.
2. The Parties agree to channel their exchanges of information regarding the implementation of the measures referred to in this Chapter through a regional body representing the Competent Authorities to the maximum extent possible.
Competent Authorities. 19.1 The contracting parties shall take all appropriate and necessary measures to ensure the fulfilment of the obligations and objectives arising out of this Project Agreement.
19.2 The contracting parties agree to provide all information necessary for the good functioning of this Project Agreement and to apply the highest degree of transparency and accountability as well as the principles of good governance, sustainable development and gender equality.
19.3 The contracting Parties shall promptly inform each other of any circumstances that interfere or threaten to interfere with the successful implementation of the Project.
19.4 All communication to Switzerland with regard to this Project Agreement shall be directed to the Swiss Embassy in Bratislava, which generally represents Switzerland towards the NCU.

Competent Authorities. The Competent Authorities of the Parties for the implementation of the measures referred to in this Chapter are described in Appendix II. The Parties shall, in accordance with Article 41, inform each other of any significant changes to the competent authorities listed in Appendix II. In such a case, the EPA Committee will adopt an amendment to Appendix II.
Competent Authorities. 1. The respective SPS authorities shall be the competent authorities in the Parties for the implementation of the measures referred to in this Chapter.
2. The Parties shall, in accordance with this Agreement, inform each other of their respective competent SPS authorities and any changes thereto.
Competent Authorities. With regard to SPS measures, the authorities in the EC Party and the signatory Central African States which are responsible for the implementation of the measures referred to in this Chapter are described in Appendix II. The Parties shall inform each other in a timely manner of any significant changes to the competent authorities listed in Appendix II. The EPA Committee shall adopt any necessary amendment of Appendix II.
Competent Authorities. The Parties shall notify each other through diplomatic channels of the Competent Authorities responsible for the implementation of this Agreement.
Competent Authorities. 1. The competent authorities of the Parties are the authorities competent for the application of the measures of this Chapter, as provided in paragraph 10 of Article 58.
2. The Parties will communicate any significant change in the structure, organization and division of the competent authorities.
3. For the suitable implementation of the Chapter, bilateral contact between the homologous sanitary and phytosanitary agencies will be promoted and strengthened.
Competent Authorities. The competent authorities for the administration of this Chapter are: (a) in relation to New Zealand, the New Zealand Customs Service; and (b) in relation to China, the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China.
