Common use of Competent Courts Clause in Contracts

Competent Courts. In addition to the possibility for You to submit complaints and disputes to KiFID, ▇▇▇▇▇ NL and You agree that the competent courts of Amsterdam have exclusive jurisdiction to hear all disputes arising from, or in connection with, this Client Agreement. In addition to this, if You qualify as a “consumer”, You may also take legal action against Us in the competent courts of the country of Your residence.
