Common use of Competent Vehicle Operator Clause in Contracts

Competent Vehicle Operator. You certify and represent that You are familiar with the operation of the Vehicle, and You are reasonably competent and physically fit to use the Services and Use the Vehicle. You assume all responsibilities and risks for any injuries and/or medical conditions as detailed further below. You are responsible for determining whether conditions such as (but not limited to) rain, snow, hail, fog, ice, electrical storms, heat, or wind and/or any other conditions, whether caused by the weather or otherwise, make it dangerous to Use a Vehicle. You are advised to adjust Your riding behavior and braking distance to suit all conditions and variables, including weather and traffic.
