Common use of Competing Interests Clause in Contracts

Competing Interests. Except as disclosed in SECTION 3.24 OF DISCLOSURE SCHEDULE, neither the Company, its shareholders (including Xxxxx) nor any director, officer, relative or Affiliate of any of the foregoing owns, directly or indirectly, an interest in any Person that is a competitor, customer or supplier of the Company or that otherwise has material business dealings with the Company.
