Common use of Competing Product Sales Clause in Contracts

Competing Product Sales. If during a period that BTC is not supplying commercial quantities of the Product a Competing Product is sold in a country in the Territory with a unit based market share of [**]% or greater, then the royalty due for sales in that country in the Territory shall be reduced to [**] percent ([**]%) of Net Sales of Products in that country in the Territory.
