Common use of Competition Laws Clause in Contracts

Competition Laws. All applicable waiting periods under the HSR Act with respect to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement shall have expired or been terminated. All consents or authorizations required under any Foreign Competition Laws with respect to this transaction contemplated by this Agreement shall have been obtained.
