Competitive Affiliates of Seller. If a Competitive Affiliate who is an Affiliate of Seller exists during the Term, Seller shall not disclose any information received from Eversource Energy pursuant to this Agreement, or regarding the service provided under this Agreement, nor shall Seller assign any interest hereunder, to any such Competitive Affiliate. The term “Competitive Affiliate” shall be as defined in 220 C.M.R 12, and shall refer to an entity that is engaged in the sale of electricity to retail customers in Massachusetts.
