Common use of COMPETITIVE BID LOAN ACCOUNTS: COMPETITIVE BID NOTES Clause in Contracts

COMPETITIVE BID LOAN ACCOUNTS: COMPETITIVE BID NOTES. (a) The obligation of the Borrower to repay the outstanding principal amount of any and all Competitive Bid Loans, plus interest at the applicable Competitive Bid Rate accrued thereon, shall be evidenced by this Agreement and by individual loan accounts (the "Competitive Bid Loan Accounts" and individually, a "Competitive Bid Loan Account") maintained by the Administrative Agent on its books for each of the Banks, it being the intention of the parties hereto that, except as provided for in paragraph (b) of this Section 4.2, the Borrower's obligations with respect to Competitive Bid Loans are to be evidenced only as stated herein and not by separate promissory notes.
