COMPETITIVE BID QUOTE REQUEST; INVITATION FOR COMPETITIVE BID QUOTES. (a) When the Borrower wishes to request offers to make Competitive Bid Loans under this §2A, it shall transmit to the Administrative Agent by telex or facsimile a Competitive Bid Quote Request substantially in the form of Exhibit H hereto (a “Competitive Bid Quote Request”) so as to be received no later than 11:00 a.m. (New York City time) (i) four (4) Business Days prior to the requested Drawdown Date in the case of a Competitive Bid Loan bearing interest calculated by reference to the LIBOR Rate (a “LIBOR Competitive Bid Loan”) or (ii) one (1) Business Day prior to the requested Drawdown Date in the case of an Competitive Bid Loan bearing interest calculated by reference to a fixed rate of interest (an “Absolute Competitive Bid Loan”), specifying:
