Common use of COMPETITIVE BID QUOTE REQUEST; INVITATION FOR COMPETITIVE BID QUOTES Clause in Contracts

COMPETITIVE BID QUOTE REQUEST; INVITATION FOR COMPETITIVE BID QUOTES. (a) When the Borrower wishes to request offers to make Competitive Bid Loans under this §4, it shall transmit to the Administrative Agent by telex or facsimile a Competitive Bid Quote Request substantially in the form of Exhibit F hereto (a “Competitive Bid Quote Request”) so as to be received no later than 1:00 p.m. (New York time) (x) five (5) Eurodollar Business Days prior to the requested Drawdown Date in the case of a Eurodollar Competitive Bid Loan or (y) two (2) Business Days prior to the requested Drawdown Date in the case of an Absolute Competitive Bid Loan, specifying:
