Common use of Competitive Bid Register Clause in Contracts

Competitive Bid Register. The Administrative Agent shall maintain a register for the recordation of the names and addresses of Lenders that have made Competitive Bid Loans and the principal amount of the Competitive Bid Loans owing to each Lender from time to time together with the Competitive Bid Loan Maturity Dates and interest rates applicable to each such Competitive Bid Loan, and other terms applicable thereto (the “Competitive Bid Register”). The Competitive Bid Register shall be available for inspection by the Parent or any Lender, as to its bid only, at any reasonable time and from time to time upon reasonable prior notice.
