Competitive Bid Request. When the Borrower wishes to request offers to make Competitive Loans under this subsection 2.3, it shall transmit to the Administrative Agent a Competitive Bid Request to be received no later than 12:00 Noon (New York City time) on (x) the fourth Business Day prior to the date of Borrowing proposed therein, in the case of a Borrowing of Eurodollar Competitive Loans or (y) the Business Day immediately preceding the date of Borrowing proposed therein, in the case of a Fixed Rate Borrowing, specifying:
