Common use of Competitive Bid Requests Clause in Contracts

Competitive Bid Requests. A Borrower may solicit Competitive Bids by ------------------------ delivery of a Competitive Bid Request substantially in the form of Schedule VA-1 ------------- to the Administrative Agent by 12:00 Noon (Charlotte, North Carolina time) on a Business Day not less than one (1) nor more than four (4) Business Days prior to the date of a requested Competitive Loan borrowing.
