Competitive Services" means services of the type that the Company provided or offered to its customers or partners at any time during the 12 months immediately preceding the last day of Participant's employment with the Company (or at any time during Participant's employment if Participant was employed for less than 12 months), and for which Participant was involved in providing or managing the provision of such services.
