Common use of Competitive Services Clause in Contracts

Competitive Services. Competitive Services" shall mean a service or product, developed, marketed, distributed or provided by a Competitor, which is the same as or is directly competitive with a service or product constituting a part of the Business and with respect to which the Employee has acquired confidential information by reason of the Employee's position and duties with the Company.

Competitive Services. “Competitive Services" shall mean a service ” means services performed in any of the following capacities or product, developed, marketed, distributed functions: (i) any capacity or provided by a Competitor, which function that is the same as or is directly competitive with a service similar to that in which you worked for or product constituting a part on behalf of the Business and with respect to which Company or its Affiliates at any time during the Employee has acquired confidential information by reason twenty-four (24) month period immediately preceding the termination of the Employee's position and duties with the Company.your Service;

The term “Competitive Services" ” shall mean a service refer to products or product, developed, marketed, distributed or provided by a Competitor, which is the same as or is directly services competitive with the products or services performed, provided, or sold by the Group to a service Customer by Employee or product constituting proposed to be performed, provided or sold to a part Prospective Customer by Employee during the one (1) year period immediately prior to the termination of the Business and with respect to which the Employee has acquired confidential information by reason of the Employee's position and duties with the Company’s employment for any reason.

Competitive Services. The “Competitive Services" shall mean a service ” is defined as those activities or product, developed, marketed, distributed or provided by a Competitor, which is the same as or is directly competitive with a service or product constituting a part of the Business and with respect to services which the Employee has acquired confidential information provided regardless of job title, at any time within the last two (2) years of his or her employment by reason of the Employee's position and duties with the Company.
