Any Company competitor-originated documents obtained by Supplier and Supplier’s Personnel during the performance of the Services shall be marked in a prominent location as follows: “Received from (name of source organization) Through (name of source individual) [with authority] {if appropriate} On (date received) By (name of recipient and component)”
