Compilation of Final Tender Document. The Service Provider shall adhere to the following process: i) Compile and submit all relevant draft tender documentation for the purpose of discussion with the Client. ii) Following to discussion of the draft documentation, the Service Provider shall: • compile final documents incorporating all the amendments arising therefrom the discussion; • deliver the CD’s/DVD’s and paper copies to the Client’s office before the tender document availability date specified in the Tender Notice and Invitation to Tender.
