COMPLAINACE WITH RULES AND REGULATIONS. The Consultant agrees that it shall be responsible and liable to comply with and also undertakes to ensure and be responsible for compliance by the Sub consultants, agents of the Consultants and Sub-consultants and Personnel, with all the rules and regulations of various concerned government authorities and departments for the services rendered under this agreement.
