Complaint Investigation Report. 1. The CCLD Regional Office staff will prepare a written complaint investigation report containing a finding for each allegation as either substantiated, inconclusive, or unfounded. 2. The CCLD Regional Office staff will forward the written complaint investigation report to the County upon completion. 3. If the County disagrees with the CCLD Regional Office complaint investigation report findings, then it shall contact the CCLD Regional Office to discuss and/or to request additional clarification.
