COMPLAINTS FROM THE GENERAL PUBLIC. Contractor shall respond to any and all claims or complaints from the general public in a reasonable and prompt manner. Information on any complaint shall be reported to the Project Manager promptly, but in no event more than forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of complaint.
