Common use of Complete Agreement and Severability Clause in Contracts

Complete Agreement and Severability. This Agreement and the Exhibits attached hereto contain the full and complete understanding of the parties and supersede all prior representations, promises, statements, arrangements, warranties and understandings between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, whether oral or written, express or implied. If any provision or portion of this Agreement shall be determined to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions and portions of this Agreement shall be unaffected thereby and shall remain in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
