Common use of Complete Agreement; Conflicts Clause in Contracts

Complete Agreement; Conflicts. This Agreement, the Plan and the Employment Agreement contain the entire agreement between the parties hereto with respect to the transactions contemplated herein and supersede all previous oral and written and all contemporaneous oral negotiations, commitments, writings and understandings. In the event of a conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the Plan or the Employment Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall control.
