Complete Agreement; Conflicts. The Parties intend this Agreement as the final expression of their agreement and also as a complete and exclusive statement of the terms of their agreement with respect to the subject matter hereof that supersedes all prior written and oral understandings between the Parties with respect thereto. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the Interconnection Agreement or any other Project documents, this Agreement shall prevail.
