Common use of Complete Agreement; Counterparts Clause in Contracts

Complete Agreement; Counterparts. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement among the parties hereto or any of them with respect to the matters referred to herein as they relate to the parties hereto. This Agreement may be executed by the parties hereto in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to be an original, but all of which shall together constitute one and the same instrument.

Complete Agreement; Counterparts. This Agreement constitutes contains the entire agreement among full and complete understanding of the parties hereto or any of them with respect to the matters referred to herein as they relate subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior representations, promises, statements, arrangements, agreements, warranties and understandings between the parties with respect to the parties heretosubject matter hereof, whether oral or written, express or implied. This Agreement may be executed by the parties hereto in any number of two or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to be an original, but all of which together shall together constitute one and the same instrumentAgreement.
