Complete Agreement; No Third-Party Beneficiaries. This Agreement, the Company Disclosure Letter and the other Transaction Documents constitute the entire agreement among the parties pertaining to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements and understandings of the parties in connection therewith.
