Complete Agreement, Severability, Captions, and Survival. This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding between us and you with respect to the Services and the portion of the Site through which the Services are offered. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. The captions of sections hereof are for convenience only and shall not control or affect the meaning or construction of any of the provisions of this Agreement. Sections 6, 7, 26, 28-37, and 40-43, as well as any other terms which by their nature should survive, will survive the termination of this Agreement.
