Common use of Complete Agreement/Severability Clause in Contracts

Complete Agreement/Severability. This Agreement contains the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any and all prior agreements between the parties. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be void by any court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Complete Agreement/Severability. This Agreement contains constitutes the entire understanding complete and final agreement between the parties and supersedes any and replaces all prior agreements between or contemporaneous agreements, negotiations, or discussions relating to the partiessubject matter of this Agreement. All provisions and portions of this Agreement are severable. If any provision or portion of this Agreement is found or the application of any provision or portion of the Agreement shall be determined to be void by invalid or unenforceable to any court extent or for any reason, all other provisions and portions of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions this Agreement shall remain in full force and effectshall continue to be enforceable to the fullest and greatest extent permitted by law.
