Complete Agreement; Waiver; Amendment. This Agreement and the documents cited herein constitute the parties’ entire agreement, arrangement, and understanding regarding the subject matter, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, arrangements, or understandings, whether written or oral, between the Employee and the Company regarding the same subject matter; and may not be modified, amended, discharged, or terminated, nor may any of their provisions be varied or waived, except by a further signed written agreement between the parties, subject to section 1.15.
