Common use of Complete Agreement Clause in Contracts

Complete Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement and understanding of the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings relating to such subject matter.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement and understanding of the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings proposals, oral and written, and all other communications between the parties relating to such the subject mattermatter contained herein, including, without limitation, the Employment Agreement.

Complete Agreement. This Agreement constitutes represents the entire complete agreement and understanding of among the parties hereto as to all matters covered hereby or thereby, and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings (oral or written) between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings relating to such subject mattermatters.
