Complete and Operational New Metrolinx Infrastructure and New Third Party Infrastructure. (a) Project Co shall design, engineer, construct and commission the New Metrolinx Infrastructure and the New Third Party Infrastructure so as to provide Contracting Authority with complete and operational New Metrolinx Infrastructure and New Third Party Infrastructure in accordance with the Output Specifications, and the Project Co Proposal Extracts, and that will allow Project Co to perform the Works, all in accordance with and subject to the terms of this Project Agreement.
