Complete Annual Audit. To engage annually an independent, qualified certified public accountant, who shall conduct such an examination of any financial statements of the Trust and of other books and records of the Trust as the accountant may consider necessary. Such examination by the certified public accountant shall be conducted in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards, and shall involved such tests of the books and records of the Trust as are considered necessary by the accountant.
