Common use of Complete Assembly Clause in Contracts

Complete Assembly. For all materials and equipment specified or indicated in the Drawings, Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for complete assemblies and complete working systems, functioning as intended. Contractor shall furnish incidental items not indicated on Drawings, nor mentioned in the Specifications, that can be legitimately and reasonably inferred to belong to the Work described, or necessary in good practice to provide a complete assembly or system, as though itemized here in every detail. In all instances, Contractor shall install material and equipment in strict accordance with each manufacturer’s most recent published recommendations and specifications. Contractor shall be responsible for appropriately sequencing the Work and for verification of suitability of prior work before subsequent construction activities.
