Complete Bar of Claims. It is the intention of Company in executing this Agreement and Release that these provisions of this Section 6, subject to the exceptions set forth in Section 6A above, shall be effective as a complete bar to each and every Claim hereinabove described and that those provisions shall be binding upon Company (or any subsidiary or affiliate thereof) and its agents, representatives, administrators, beneficiaries, successors and assigns.
