Complete Defense. You understand and agree that if you breach this Agreement (including but not limited to the Release of Claims), including but not limited to filing any claim or lawsuit against any of the Released Parties seeking any relief which has been released herein, the Release of Claims shall operate as a complete defense to such claims and all benefits provided herein shall cease, and you and Your Beneficiaries, and all persons in privity with them, may be required to reimburse the Released Parties for any damages and attorneys’ fees and costs incurred by the Released Parties. You further understand and agree that by entering into the Release of Claims pursuant to this Agreement, you are waiving his rights to pursue any and all Released Claims.
