Complete Instructions. The Company will, subject to the terms of the Contract, fulfill any reasonable instructions by the Customer with respect to the Goods prior to the termination of the Contract, subject however to the Company obtaining such security or guarantee of payment and performance by the Customer as the Company considers, in its reasonable opinion, appropriate in the circumstances.
