Complete Monetary Obligation. The Parties agree and acknowledge that the payments of $1,412,000,000.00 into the Accounting/Trust Administration Fund and the $2,000,000,000.00 deposited into the Trust Land Consolidation Fund represents Defendants’ complete financial obligation under this Settlement relating to the settlement and compromise of all Historical Accounting and Trust Administration Claims for Class Members.
