Complete MOU. This MOU contains all of the terms and conditions agreed upon by the parties hereto and no other agreements, oral or otherwise, regarding the subject matter of this MOU or any part thereof shall have any validity or bind any of the parties hereto.
Complete MOU. This MOU constitutes the full and complete understanding of the Parties hereto on the subject matter hereof. This MOU supersedes and terminates any and all prior MOUs written and or oral, express or implied entered into between The Client and Aaditri Education Pvt. Ltd. as of the date hereof. This MOU shall not be amended or supplemented except by a subsequent written formal MOU or amendment bearing the signature of the both parties hereto.
Complete MOU. This MOU constitutes the full and complete agreement of the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. All prior negotiations and written and/or oral agreements between the Parties with respect to the subject matter of this MOU are merged into this MOU.
Complete MOU. This MOU contains all of the understandings of the Entities and supersedes and replaces any previous understandings between the Entities regarding the subject matter of this MOU.
Complete MOU. This MOU constitutes all agreements and understanding among the Parties relating to the beach volleyball program.
