COMPLETE OBLIGATIONS. This lease contains the entire agreement between the parties hereto, and neither party has made any statement, agreement or representation, either oral or written, in connection therewith, modifying, adding or changing the terms, conditions, covenants and provisions herein set forth. No modifications of this lease shall be binding unless such modifications shall be in writing and signed by the parties hereto.
COMPLETE OBLIGATIONS. A complete list of County’s obligations under this SOW is set forth below. All other work, resources, personnel, data, software, hardware, etc. required for the Contractor to achieve the results specified herein (limited only by the Scope of this SOW) are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the Contractor.
