Common use of Completed Fiscal Year Earned Annual Bonus Clause in Contracts

Completed Fiscal Year Earned Annual Bonus. If the Executive’s employment terminates after the end of a full fiscal year but prior to the payment of any Annual Bonus actually earned for such full fiscal year, the Company will pay such earned Annual Bonus as promptly as reasonably practicable after the completion of the audit for such fiscal year, and in any event not later than the payment of annual bonuses (if any) payable to other senior executive officers of the Company pursuant to the same or any substantially similar bonus program.
