COMPLETED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SCHEDULE. The Supplier shall provide the Client with written notification when the Delivery is completed, including a written statement of rectification of any shortcomings/deficiencies noted in the shortage list at handover, cf. clause 13. Provided that any such shortcoming/deficiencies have been rectified, the Client will confirm in writing that the Delivery is considered completed.
