Completeness of Transaction Documents. The copy of each Transaction Document delivered to the Lessor before the date of this Agreement is a true and complete copy and, no amendments or additions to any Transaction Document have been agreed nor have the parties to any Transaction Document waived any of their respective rights under the Transaction Documents.
