Completing the Grant without Delay and in Conformance with Requirements. The Sponsor must carry out and complete the Grant without undue delays and in accordance with this Grant Agreement, the CARES Act, and the regulations, policies, standards and procedures of the Secretary of Transportation (“Secretary”). Pursuant to 2 CFR § 200.308, the Sponsor agrees to report to the FAA any disengagement from funding eligible expenses under the Grant that exceeds three months and request prior approval from FAA. The report must include a reason for the stoppage. The Sponsor agrees to comply with the attached assurances, which are part of this agreement and any addendum that may be attached hereto at a later date by mutual consent.
