Completion By Less Than All Parties. In the event not all Participants in a well wish to participate in a completion attempt, the parties desiring to do so may pay all costs of the completion attempt including the cost of necessary well equipment and a gathering pipeline, and such parties shall receive all income and pay all operating costs from the well until they have received an amount equal to 300% of the completion and connection costs, after which time the non-consenting parties shall have the right to receive their original interest in further revenues and expenses.
