Completion Certificate / Final Bill Sample Clauses
The Completion Certificate / Final Bill clause establishes the process for formally confirming that all contractual work has been finished to the required standards and for issuing the final payment due to the contractor. Typically, this involves the project owner or their representative inspecting the completed work, issuing a certificate of completion, and then processing the final bill submitted by the contractor for any remaining payments. This clause ensures that both parties agree the work is complete and that all financial obligations are settled, thereby preventing disputes over unfinished work or outstanding payments.
