Common use of Completion Criteria and Date Clause in Contracts

Completion Criteria and Date. The Contract will be considered complete once all of the deliverables under the Contract have been provided and accepted. The final date for completion of the Contract shall not exceed the Contract duration, including any executed renewals or extensions, or, where applicable, the expiration date of any purchase orders made from the Contract.
