Common use of Completion Guarantor’s Covenants Clause in Contracts

Completion Guarantor’s Covenants. Completion Guarantor shall keep proper books and records in which full, true, correct and timely entries will be made of all Completion Sums in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. Upon Producer’s request, Guarantor shall inform Producer in writing as to the amount of Completion Sums and provide evidence of payment thereof.
