COMPLETION OF ARTICLES OF MERGER. If the Closing Date occurs on or after the annual meeting of the shareholders of EQR for 1997, Exhibit "B" to the Articles of Merger shall be completed prior to the execution thereof by the parties in such a manner so that each of Xxxxxxx X.
