Common use of Completion of Bankers’ Acceptance Clause in Contracts

Completion of Bankers’ Acceptance. Upon receipt of the notice from the Administrative Agent pursuant to section 4.2(1), each Lender is thereupon authorized to execute Bankers' Acceptances as the duly authorized attorney of the Borrower pursuant to a Power of Attorney, in accordance with the particulars provided by the Administrative Agent.

Completion of Bankers’ Acceptance. Upon receipt of the notice from the Administrative Agent pursuant to section 4.2(1), each Lender is thereupon authorized to execute Bankers' ’ Acceptances as the duly authorized attorney of the Borrower pursuant to a Power of Attorneysection 4.8, in accordance with the particulars provided by the Administrative Agent.
