Common use of Completion of Construction and Certificate of Occupancy Clause in Contracts

Completion of Construction and Certificate of Occupancy. Seller shall complete the construction of the improvements on the Property in substantial accordance with the plans and specifications attached hereto as an exhibit (“Plans and Specifications”). The construction of the improvements on the Property shall be deemed to be complete when Seller has substantially constructed all of the improvements shown on the Plans and Specifications and a permanent certificate of occupancy has been issued on the Property by the appropriate local governmental authority.
