Common use of Completion of Environmental Remediation Clause in Contracts

Completion of Environmental Remediation. Seller or its agents shall --------------------------------------- have completed any "required remediation" or shall have commenced any plan of remediation approved by Buyer within the meaning of Section 6.3, subject to the procedures set forth in Section 6.3 with respect to the certification of such completion and the resolution of any disputes relating thereto.
